At OTE Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your nutrition products, so we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and sealed items. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or drink products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, clearly marking the Return Authorization code on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
